As the industrialized world crumbles under the yoke of a genetic supremacist organization, the Fae Folk begin to reemerge: some wishing to aid in man’s struggle, others wishing to bring mankind to its knees. From the ashes of man’s plight rise seven unlikely heroes imbued with the power to save, or destroy, all that exists.

Blue Dragon (Blue Dragon Art) is the pseudonym for the artist freelance artist, Ashleen Woods Arnett. While she does not hide her identification, she prefers to use an easy to pronounce and recognizable handle. She also loves the color blue. And dragons. She works primarily in pen and ink, with digital tones and colors. She also creates traditional art pieces with pen and ink, colored inks, Copics, and mixed media.

Cerulean Dreams Graphics is the blog name/umbrella under which Blue Dragon works. It was initially an art blog that hosted Dark Horse in its early days, but is more of a landing page for anyone interested in the artwork and ramblings of Ashleen Woods Arnett/Blue Dragon, as well as commission information. Blue Dragon Art will be participating in the Toronto Comic Arts Festival’s online Digital Market Place in May of 2024! I will not be able to attend in person, however, I will have goods showcased in my shop that I do not sell here on my website. More information to come, along with the link to the market place, as information is forwarded.

Aradia Collective will also be participating in the Digital Market Place! I will be showing with the collective, and will update links once they are available to me.

I’ll be selling hard copies of Dark Horse Acts 1-3 (rated Mature). I will also have “cheapie” zines of self printed Dark Horse one-shots, Kristina Kool, and The Whimper in the Dark. I will have a few copies of FREE ZINES to give away! Limited supply of Comic Fury Zine issues will be FREE and handed to those asking/zine trades. I will also hand out free copies of collective only Aradia zines, provided I get permission (will update this as I find out).

I will have my mask on and will have hand sanitizer at my station. This event in held indoors and will have air conditioning should be still be experiencing unreasonable levels of heat in October, or should it be raining.

True North Studios is hosting an outdoor Summer Artist's Market! Blue Dragon Art is selling issues of Dark Horse, full color glossy prints, stickers, traditional art, and more!

Blue Dragon (Ashleen Woods) will have a canopy to shield from sun/rain, hand sanitizer. She is vaccinated against the Corona Virus, but will also have her mask on during the event. Art will be displayed, and many pieces numbered to reduce handling of artwork for sanitation purposes.

Blue Dragon Art is participating in the August 21, 3pm Magical Girls in Web Comics Panel (MGWC). MGWC is part of a larger 2 day online convention streaming on the Web Comics Library Twitch Channel. This panel is a collaboration with the Aradia Magical Girls Collective and Web Comics Library. Panelists  on the MGWC will discuss their comics, as well as share a dialogue about the history of the genre both on and offline, as well as discuss projections for the future of the magical girls genre and how it may evolve through web comics.
